Cardio Pump Class on Jan 6 2015
Join Raquel at Modfitness as we take cardio and toning to a whole new level. Train your body to move in ways your not use too. Move with specific intention and direction so that your mind will push your body. You will need a chair and a 5lb weight or kettle bell. Please make sure your chair is on a rug, or secured floor with traction. Modify by doing moves on the floor or just the top of the chair without standing on top of it. You will feel an all over body workout that you have never felt before in this class!
