Power Yoga - Intense warm up and Core Strength Sequence
This is a very strong sequence combining strong core poses, and arm balancing that incorporate full body movements that will develop strength and endurance in mind and body. The warm up will stimulate your body getting it ready for the sequence will teach you how to connect the strength in your body so you can learn how to use it as a whole. There are many levels to each pose and I recommend staying with the level that provides you challenge yet allows you still still stay focused and come inside! If you are new to yoga I recommend the version with the beginner warm up to build a foundation!
