Power Yoga - Beginner warm up and Core Strength Sequence
This is a very strong sequence with Mark Laham, combining strong core poses, and arm balancing that incorporate full body movements that will develop strength and endurance in mind and body. The warm up with give you the foundation you need to develop a strong practice and the sequence will teach you how to connect the strength in your body so you can learn how to use it as a whole. There are many levels to each pose and I recommend staying with the level that provides you challenge yet allows you still still stay focused and come inside! Come out of your comfort zone a little every time!
