Get ready to workout your whole body! While specifically designed for dancers, anyone can benefit from this workout. It is designed to lengthen and strengthen your whole body.
For this workout, you will need a yoga mat if you have one, some light dumbbells (or 2 water bottles), and a pillow. You don't have to use the equipment, but I recommend it!
