5star rated! Bring a step with risers, various dumbbells, a chair/bench, and a mat for stretching. We'll move thru 4 minute rounds that include lots of cardio and strength challenges. Starting with upper body: rows, curls, extensions and presses. Then step drills, weight work for lower body, and a super FUN lunge sequence.
Remember, if it hurts, don't do it. If your doctor said "don't do" it, then don't do it. Listen to your body and take breaks whenever you need to. Proceed at your own risk. But have fun, too, ok?
