Bring a step with risers, various weights, and a mat. You'll also need plenty of water to drink.
We'll alternate Step Drills, Strength Moves, and Core Builders in this fast-paced, advanced workout. I offer modifications, just in case you need them (we all do sometimes).
Please listen to your body and take breaks whenever you need to.
After we warm up, we do 8 rounds of 40 seconds/20 seconds, then 35 seconds/13 seconds, then 30/13, etc. We finish on the floor with faster transitions and then a stretch.
