Please bring a sturdy chair and join Lori for a great class! You can use hand weights and ankle weights if you have them, but they aren't required in order for you to get a great gentle workout to build strength and flexibility. If you have questions or need modifications, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 207-941-2865. Remember, if it hurts, don't do it. If your doctor said "don't do" it, don't do it. Listen to your body and take breaks whenever you need to.
