DoxaSoma: Stretch & Strengthen - Trust
This 40 minute session works with the position of Trust. This position focuses on improving movement in the lower back, opening at the hips and stretching the quads. Positions used to build into Trust in this session are Solomon's Temple, Omega, Holy Ground, Knowledge and Elijah. Trust is an intermediate level position. A yoga block, small pilates ball or a book is suggested to aid in this position for beginners.
