The somewhat elusive hanumanasana is unveiled in this aerial yoga video. We prepare the body with slow passive holds and repeat hamstring and hip openers to create an elegant line of the body in hanuman (split pose). You will learn to invert in a fun new way using the foot loops in a version of big shrimp. We’ll seal the deal with the challenging aerial splits. The series ends in a sweet legs up version of savasana. Run Time: 1 Hour, 5 Minutes.
