Cardio Core & Stretching
This is an exercise program that targets the muscles of the abdomen and lower back. The exercise routines incorporates high intensity interval training. The class concludes with an intensive stretching block. Modifications will be provided for exercise of all levels.
Experience: Former NCAA athlete, fitness coach, and personal trainer beginning in 2009.
