Brand New to Belly Dance - Class 1 Break Down
Welcome to the awesome world of belly dance! This class is for the brand new dancer. Whether you have done other styles of dance, or have never danced before, this is a great place to start your belly dance adventure.
Key concepts for this technique class are: proper and safe posture, the walking bump, hip slides, hip twists, and the standing bump
I break down each movement slowly and clearly so that you can grasp which muscles are working, and to see the move clearly on your body.
Do this class first, and then move on to the DRILLS class for some fun practice!
