Belly Dancing Cardio Workout - Class No. 4 - Floor Work, Glutes & Hips!
I really love the pace of this class. The video turned out great! Join me as we work on some basic bellydancing for fitness type moves. The movements are easy to follow along with as I clearly describe what it is exactly that we are doing. Lots of stretching, flexing, and coordinating footwork with hip work, core as well as upper body moves. Belly dancing builds strength and stamina. It's a full body workout that's fun and exotic!
