Trampoline Dance Cardio
This workout uses a mini trampoline to get your heart rate up and provide a low impact workout. Simple moves are strung together with flair to add a dance feel on the trampoline. Move to the music and enjoy your dance cardio on the mini trampoline! This class also includes strength intervals. You will need a light set of weights such as 2 or 3lbs.
