This 15 minute Resist And Reset movement based flexibility sequence is about using the Active Resistance to heal and lengthen, while grounding and connecting to the Active Resistance. Its an intense healing sequence. The more active resistance, the more healing heat is produced, and the better you'll feel after.
Excellent for rest days!
