This Introduction to The Active Resistance Training® Method took place via live stream on My facebook page. Go here and like the page to be notified when I'm LIVE. This 60 minute class is comprised of a 5 minute warm-up, short lecture and demos on active resistance, the active resistance points, and how to engage and create active resistance utilizing two foam yoga blocks. Also included is a short mini-workout utilizing the principles in layered combinations of movements. Suitable for all levels of fitness experience.
