Paula Ribotto teaches in a style that is doable for all levels. Her grace and presence gives students permission to embrace where they are and move forward courageously, compassionately and truthfully on and off the mat. She recognizes that people today need simple, doable tools to relieve stress, boost health, relax and find inner peace. She believes that yoga can help with all of that and more.

Her videos offer opportunity to explore who you are as a human being expanding your awareness of the gift in each breath.

Paula's hatha yoga classes are her own blend of Kripalu, Sivinanda, flow yoga, yin yoga and power yoga that offers a variety and different experience with every visit to the mat.

Her Kundalini Yoga classes offer different sets of Kriyas and meditaiton's that will leave you feeling energized, clear, focused and relaxed so that you can better handle whatever comes your way.

Hatha & Kundalini Yoga teacher with E-RYT 500 hour Certification. She has completed both 1st & 2nd level Kundalini Yoga training
