About the package
This is a great intro to Kundalini Yoga. A gentle start that explains the class structure and allows you to learn the different breathing techniques, mantras, and postures of a typical Kundalini yoga class while developing strength and flexibility in your spine. Each class will have breath work, a kriya, relaxation to the gong, and a meditation.

Paula Ribotto teaches in a style that is doable for all levels. Her grace and presence gives students permission to embrace where they are and move forward courageously, compassionately and truthfully on and off the mat. She recognizes that people today need simple, doable tools to relieve stress, boost health, relax and find inner peace. She believes that yoga can help with all of that and more.

Paula's hatha yoga classes are her own blend of Kripalu, Sivinanda, flow yoga, yin yoga and power yoga that offers a variety and different experience with every visit to the mat.
Her Kundalini Yoga classes offer different sets of Kriyas and meditaiton's that will leave you feeling energized, clear, focused and relaxed so that you can better handle whatever comes your way.
