Coach Tim, has been a spinning instructor and fitness coach for over 12 years. Born in Montreal, he had the fortune to work for many big name gyms. His journey began as a personal trainer at the biggest gym in Montreal. He grew his knowledge, working side by side the most experienced trainers in the industry. Helping others reach their personal goals and commitments became Tim's driving force. So inspired by personal training led him to venture into new water and essentially discover group classes. He started out as a spinning instructor and over time, he developed a unique skill for coaching and motivating others. Tim states his secret lies within his positive energy which reflects onto others. Encouraging them to push past their limits and obtain results they never thought possible.
