Welcome to Core Elements Studio! Leah Daigle, MPT, ATC, CSCS, Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Certified in Adult/Pediatric CPR, AED & First Aid. I have been practicing as a Physical Therapist for nearly 20 years and have been a Fitness Enthusiast most of my life. By the age of 16 I was teaching Fitness Classes at my High School in addition to my daily running and Olympic Weightlifting. I found that an active lifestyle and being mindful of my body and overall health gave me joy and a sense of fulfillment. I have been running road races since the age of 12, have competed in Olympic Weightlifting events in the New England area and in the past 5 years have completed several sprint triathlons. I began to train in and teach STOTT Pilates about 8 years ago. Pilates was life changing for me to not only keep my body in good health but through mindfulness of movement and being present in the moment, I am energized through mind, body and spirit to reach new heights of conditioning. I love teaching others what I have learned not only as a Physical Therapist but over years of participating in Fitness Training, working as an Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Olympic Weightlifting Coach and a Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor. I have worked in many settings with a diverse population with a variety of physical challenges and ability levels. I feel truly blessed to have worked with young clients that are just learning to walk and with older adults that are trying to sustain and/or improve their quality of life. I feel confident that I can help all those that are seeking a higher level of fitness and wellness at any ability level through a variety of training methods!
