Part THREE of Erica Vetra's Inversion Workshop Series focusing on preparation and practice of inversions through application of Iccha (Desire), Jnana (Knowledge), and Kriya (Action). This third session is an exploration of Kriya and hand balancing. In order to achieve an end, we must put Desire and Knowledge together into Action. We will learn the strength, mobility, and alignment components involved in hand balancing poses. Previous experience with inversions is not required, as the offerings in this series are useful for all levels of practitioner. Familiarity with basic yoga poses is encouraged.
