Join Hanneke for this gentle 40-minute Pilates class specifically designed for pregnant women in their first or second trimester and new Mommies that are just getting back into their workout routines. Hanneke will take you through a modified workout that will condition your body and keep you strong and healthy throughout your pregnancy. **You have to have medical clearance to do these workouts. Remember, pregnancy is not the time to try or start new exercise routines!

Join Hanneke on Sunday mornings (October 28th - November 25th) at 10am for a 40 minute Pilates class. She will take you through a Pilates workout specifically tailored to pregnant women in their first and second trimester or women who just had a baby. All you'll need is 2 pound weights, a bolster/thick pillow and your lovely self. ** Please note that you must have medical clearance to do this class. Pregnancy is not a time to start new exercise methods.
