This class shows a Yoga Anatomy poster with clear distinction of where the muscles are and how to work with them to loosen them up and make your other muscles that are connected to them (including your rib area in the back) more supple and strong. It's early morning, you need a Yoga fix and then to get on with your day. This is the perfect class to get a nice pace for the day, fast isn't always best, you know! Centering, warm-ups and good Yoga sequences to stretch, strengthen and re-duce stress, re-lax body/mind! A thoroughly delicious prelude to breakfast! (No, don't eat beforehand, unless a cup of tea/coffee and possibly a slice of toast. It's not very good when engaging Downward Facing Dog!)

The 5 Tibetans - Morning Fitness - RECORDED (See Video Library)
You will feel empowered, almost invincible, practicing The Five Tibetans in the morning. I used to practice them all in 13 minutes with a few added moves used as counter poses. Here I instruct you in how to do them with a Savasana (relaxation) at the end. Note, there are 5 Yoga and Yoga-like exercises that are practiced 21 times each. Just know that you can have a great workout in the morning to set your metabolism on "burn" and it will stay pretty much all day!
