Using both hand-weights and bodyweight, it incorporates weight endurance and cardio blasts - maximising results in a short and effective 30 minute workout. This high intensity training format will ignite your metabolism and have you burning fat, long after the class is over! It's also great fun - no military style here! Just a positive, motivated and supportive class. All exercises can be modified to suit all fitness levels.
