They call me a Fitness NUT! My father's lost battle to cancer & diabetes pushed me to leave a career in law to study fitness. Ten years later I call it my life's purpose to teach others how to live and be healthier. My goal is to make fitness less of a burden. I am certified with NASM, ACE. I specialize in extreme weight loss, injury prevention, cardio endurance, nutrition, & strength training.
I want to bring knowledge to the world so that we no longer look at being fit as a burden. I want to change the mindset that fitting a few minutes of exercise into our daily routine will set us back. I find joy in seeing the faces of my clients after they reached a goal that was deemed impossible.
Aside from being the founder of Keep it Moving Fitness, LLC and training her clients in Atlanta, Georgia, I am a health and wellness writer. Her works have been seen in Oxygen Magazine, Jezebel Magazine, Salt Magazine, Self Magazine, and many more publications
A foodie at heart, I am always out trying new food or home cooking new dishes. When I am not in the kitchen I'm out training for the next marathon or triathlon. I am extremely blessed to have found a career in the field that I absolutely adore.

I enjoyed working out in my den, but Kim made it awesome by being so encouraging. She pushed me to go beyond what I "thought" I could do. I can't wait to do it again. She is also great with kids.

My mom and I did a joint workout with Kim and it was great. We did a circuit session that focused on all the major muscle groups. She did a good job giving us variations of each exercise since my mom and I are at different levels. I just booked one of her great packages so I look forward to our future workouts.

Kimberly was amazing. She led me through a series of circuits which was challenging but do-able. She encouraged me all he way through, was patient, and very friendly. I definitely recommend her!! 5 stars!

Kimberly gave me a great workout! We did a circuit workout. It had me sweating and my heart pumping. She showed me moves I haven't done before and well I've been doing this fitness thing for over two years now at a lot of different gyms! Now I have some great workouts that I can keep in mind for the future! I will definitely come back to Wello. Nothing like a personal trainer in your home! (:

Awesome cardio ab workout- Kimberly pushed and encouraged me the whole time, giving me helpful mental coaching too. She also built in some extra reps beyond our allotted time. It was a great kickstart to ab work- I would love to work with her again! Upbeat, energetic, and personal, Kimberly was excellent
