Explore and evolve your training with Tukong Mooul, a self-defense and combat system originally developed by the South Korean Special Forces. In this class we'll be covering technical training of the following: - Punching (hand techniques) - Kicking (foot techniques) We will also explore: - Throwing (leverage techniques) - Weapons (extended body techniques) Tukong Moosul is a hybrid of techniques from Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Hapkido, Aikido, Ninjitsu, Judo, Jujitsu, Sumo, Capoeira, Savate, Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Tai Chi Chuan, Karate, AND Street Fighting- making it a perfect compliment to any previous martial arts study.
