I work with you on a weekly schedule showing you how to add strength,flexibility,and balance to your golf body,while at the same time learning to breathe,keeping the muscles and central nervous system relaxed.This will lead to longer drives,more mobility in your turns, and greater control over your club.Cost is $35 per session, once a week. Golfers Fitness Evaluation Program
in this class we will evaluate your level of golf fitness. We will look at your core, your mobility, and your overall strength. We will also look at how you move and breath. Then we will design a program that will improve all of those things done at your pace. I have a busy teaching schedule and this inexpensive program will not last long, so give it a try.
