Goddess Mama Yoga

This class is open to Goddess Mamas of all ages and stages. You are welcome here, whether you have kids, you are expecting, or you are planning to have kids someday. Take this time for you... fill your own cup. Each class explores elements of yoga, pilates, music, dance, meditation and communal motherly support, with focus on you. Registration closes one hour prior to class start time, so sign up early!

Don't feel like leaving the house? Want to jam in your jammies with your little one? Or would you like to take a class with a friend or relative across the country? Try LOVEBUG & ME MUSIC ONLINE for exploring music from classics to country, singing, musical instruments, creative movement, dance, and fun! All you need is wifi & a webcam. It's easy & fun. For kids 5 years and under (even babies) with a parent. Siblings are welcome for free! Register for class in advance (at least 1 hour).

Do you want a private bonding opportunity with your child? This 30 minute class will be specialized to the needs of you and your child. All Ages. Join me in exploring music from classics to country, singing, musical instruments, creative movement, dance, and fun! Your child will gain an early appreciation for music, while enhancing brain development, motor skills, learning, reasoning and social skills. Siblings are welcome.
