FAST, FUN, and adjustable to fit YOU! After we warm up, we'll complete rounds HARD work and active REST to cover every bit of cardio and strength we can. We'll do anywhere from 4-6 blocks. Then, cool down and stretch. You'll more than likely need 1-2 sets of dumbbells, and mat or towel and WATER! An aerobic step with risers will up the intensity if you're in the mood. I'll message you ahead of time if there's anything else!
