Pilates/Yoga Combo Class with Diana Spiess
This class starts with a 1/2 hour of Stott Pilates matwork and ends with a 1/2 hour of yoga. Equipment needed is a foam roller, fitness circle and mat. The equipment is not mandatory but will be helpful since the class will be using it. This class is for all levels and is fabulous for core work, spine alignment, flexibility and stress management.
