Learn a new ‘whole body’ approach to movement that uses the whole body and gravity. The first video is mat work based. Revitalise your neck and shoulders
All you need to make your neck and shoulders feel fabulous is a drink bottle filled about 1/3 (secure lid) and a bath towel. We will look at the placement of your body before releasing each finger, the wrist, elbow and shoulder. We will also look at simple strategies to help strengthen the muscles that support your upper body and connect into your abdominals. This is a great pre-exercise class.
